Jun 03, 2020·My experience was that it was to painful to wear a belly bandit support after c section it pulled the scar. I couldn’t physically start to wear one until 4weeks and even when I did I couldn’t stand it. Then at 5/6 weeks I could wear it all night. They are restricting and but I agree a great support.

Unfortunately they can do more damage than good! I have dealt with diastasis recti and postpartum prolapse issues so making sure I’m not applying MORE downward pressure is very important for me. The belly binding wrap is essentially a super long piece of fabric and there are many YouTube videos that show the proper way to wrap and tie.
